I like his voice but was bit disappointed with his new album. He got a powerful voice but the new album songs written by those composers did not make good use of his voice.

   

 

            

Troubleshooting Symantec EndPoint Protection 11.x (SEP)

I feel that Symantec  materials and ppt slides are well design (with in-depth info) so that when you teach, you really understand the whole SNAC and SEP architecture.  

 

   

 

During this business trip, I stayed in Rio Hotel during 26th April – 1st May 2008. As the hotel is paid by my company therefore the customer service officer  told me to deposit HK$500. As I eat in the hotel, my deposit is used up therefore the customer service officer asked me to top up another HK$300 which I do so.
 
              On 30th April 2008 around 2pm, I received a call from one of the lady customer service officer asking me to top up more deposit. I told her nicely that I need to go out to work and will be back around 5pm to clear off since 1 May I will be checking out. As working out the hotel, out of courtesy, I came to her to tell her that i will be back around 5pm. BUT to my horror, SHE DON’t LET ME LEAVE THE HOTEL and insisted me paying more deposit … I told her how much I own the hotel, she claimed HK$120 plus…

            PLEASE HK$120 is less than SG$25.. I never expect RIO hotel which is a high class hotel would make such a fuss over SG$25…
 
When I complained to one of the manager, his attitude was very bad. Not even a sorry but just use a harsh tone to demand me paying HK$500 deposit. I told him why I need to pay HK$500 when I only owned the hotel HK$120 so in the end I was made to pay HK$300. The manager tone and attitude make me sick.
 
I am very disappointed with RIO hotel and will ask my office to stop sending employees to this terrible hotel. WHY make me embarrass in front of so many customers over such a small amount. IS RIO hotel very tight up with money??

Symantec Network Access Control 11.x (SNAC)

This class is almost being cancelled as I cannot get the materials and images from Symantec – Hong Kong to prepare. But luckily, everything went smoothly.
Conducted the 2 daysclass for Symantec partner in Office Symantec. After this, continue in Macau for another class.

First time visiting Bangalore to conduct SCOM and SCCM for HP staffs. Here you can find cows, monkeys and dogs everywhere. It even causes some injuries for passengers when one of the airplane banged into a dog while landing along the runway.
